  • Does the rental price include set up & delivery?

    Yes. If your location is outside of our delivery area, additional fees may apply.

  • How long is my rental?

    A basic rental includes 8 hours. We will set up and break down outside of the 8 hour period of your rental.

  • Does the rental stay plugged in the entire time?

    Yes. Once the blower is unplugged, the inflatable will deflate.

    If you’re renting a wet slide, you may unplug it to allow deflating and draining of the pool.

  • Do you require a deposit?

    Yes, a $50 credit/debit card deposit is required (some are $100). Your deposit payment is applied to your rental total unless you cancel within 7 days. If you cancel more than 7 days in advance, your deposit will be refunded.

  • How can I pay?

    We have a convenient way to pay with a debit/credit card here on our website.

    We also accept cash at the time of delivery. Please have exact change.

  • What if I need to cancel my rental?

    If rental cancellation is made within 7 days of the event, the deposit will be held for a (one) “Raincheck” event within 6 months of the original rental date. If you cancel with a 7+ days notice, we will refund your deposit.
